Sea Salt

Sea Salts are mineral rock salts composed of sodium. For thousands of years they have been used as a condiment and for body health. The salt contains minerals that aid skin health and is used in baths to detoxify and cleanse. Sodium can help to regulate the blood pressure and control muscle action. When using bath salts it releases toxins from the body whilst the skin absorbs the healthy minerals. A sea salt bath can help to relieve dry and itchy skin as well as conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Among other things salt helps cleanse pores, balance oil production and kill off bacteria. Adding salt to your beauty regime can help improve hydration and promote a stable pH balance within the cells.
There are different types of salts.
